Catherine is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and Social ESG Consultant, with a career spanning 35 years in the Australian, European, and South East Asian markets. Throughout her professional journey, she has acquired extensive experience in various sectors, including property and asset management, development management, commissioning new builds, valuation, leasing, and real estate investment. 

Catherine specializes in the design, delivery, and management of healthy buildings. With her extensive expertise as a Chartered Surveyor and her formal knowledge in Health Science, she possesses a unique skill set that allows her to address the critical aspects of creating and maintaining buildings that promote well-being.

In her role, Catherine focuses on integrating health-conscious design principles into building projects, ensuring that the physical environment supports the health and well-being of occupants. She collaborates with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance indoor air quality, optimize natural lighting, incorporate biophilic elements, and promote active design principles.
