Allan has over 35 years’ experience in managing multifamily, commercial, and retail portfolios in the Western Canadian real estate market in his career, accountable for more than $4 Billion in assets.
He began his real estate career as Controller at United Management Canada Ltd. in Calgary. The company would then become Argon Group Ltd, and Allan transferred to Edmonton to oversee the Edmonton office and grow his portfolio to over 6000 residential/condominium units plus commercial and retail properties.
He was the Senior Vice President with Midwest Property Management, a division of Maclab Enterprises for eighteen years – the largest privately held residential rental property holder in Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
Allan’s broad skillset in the real estate industry has been honed through his experience industry, where he has been responsible for property management, leasing, development, disposition, acquisition, and asset management.
Allan is now the President of Clear Stone Asset Consulting, Inc., a Canadian real estate investment service provider that offers a comprehensive range of services individually tailored to meet each client’s investment goals and objectives.
Throughout his career, Allan has been in various levels of industry boards and organizations, including the Edmonton Apartment Association, BOMA Edmonton, Edmonton Downtown Development Board, Canadian Condominium Institute, Northern Alberta Chapter Board, and the Family Centre Board. Allan Received his RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation in 1992 from BOMI Canada and holds his Brokerage Licence in Alberta.
