Colleen has comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate.  Specializing in retail development including Landlord Representation and Tenant Representation.  Extensive management experience in multiple subjects, including real estate, development and redevelopment, planning, facilities, environmental compliance and environmental restoration.  A superb team leader with a high-level ability to analyze complex situations and communicate clearly and effectively to all audiences.

As Principal –  Broker for Goldenwest RED, Colleen Butcher provides Real Estate Brokerage and Project Management services for the Operations of the Company overseeing Brokerage and Development Divisions.  Prior to founding Goldenwest RED, Colleen Butcher was the Managing Director of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, BRC Advisors specializing in Shopping Center Development and Investment Sales.  She was also the co-founder and Principal-Broker for RavenTek Realty, a boutique firm specializing in development projects, leasing, and land sales.  Colleen has extensive experience in Program and Project Management of large diverse projects.  She specializes on sales, leasing, and development from the initial site selection, land use planning, and entitlements, to overseeing construction of commercial and industrial projects.  Colleen’s experience extends to Management of Navy Bases and supporting missions in the Aleutian Islands of Alaska with highly classified Military Operations.  She is well versed in management, operations, and sales of all building and facility types, environmental compliance and restoration, aviation and port facilities.  Colleen has been managing military facilities and working in the commercial real estate industry for approximately three decades.

Colleen spent 21 years working for the US Navy, holding an unlimited contracting officer’s warrant, negotiating contracts up to $500 million dollars, management of two remote Alaskan Islands including all aspects of the airport, port, power plant, fuel farms, all utilities, transportation facilities, logistics, warehousing and subsistence.  She managed the closure and disposition of Naval Air Station, Adak, Marine Corps Facility, Tustin and Marine Corps Air Station, El Toro in Orange County, California.  Colleen’s responsibilities included Primary Manager for local Command, Headquarters, and Assistant Secretary of the Navy, as well as Lead for public meetings, interim uses, along with press interface and Lead negotiator for the Federal Government for land transactions of both Tustin and El Toro with assets in the billions of dollars.

Colleen is actively involved in the Real Estate Industry she is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has served as the former President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Inland Empire 2014; Co-Chair of CREW Network, Member Education Committee 2017-1018; Active Member and Chair of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Hispanic Market Events, Mentor for ICSC, Rotary Board of Director, Board of Governors for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) of California, Member of the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE), and is a Member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.
