Edward Weathers brings a wealth of experience in real estate, with a proven track record in selling a
broad range of properties—including agricultural, recreational, residential, industrial, and both single-
family and multifamily development land. Edward began his real estate career in 2015, and has since
become a respected leader in the land brokerage industry, with over $100 million in real estate sales.

A native of Bowman, South Carolina, Edward grew up on a row-crop and dairy farm, where his love for
the land and his sense of stewardship first took root. He went on to attend Clemson University, earning a
Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Statistics—an academic foundation that continues to
inform his analytical and client-focused approach to real estate.

His dedication and performance a have earned him several accolades including several Top Producer
awards, Broker of the Year with his current firm; and even the Idea of the Year award (x2).

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Edward is committed to serving his community. He is a
member of Downtown Presbyterian Church in Greenville and serves on the Board of Trustees for
Aldersgate Special Needs Ministry, which provides homes for adults with special needs.

Edward lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his wife Anna and their three children—Ransom, Darby,
and Clarke. His passion for serving others, combined with his love for the land, continues to drive his
mission to help clients achieve their goals with integrity, expertise, and care.
