Met Structures was a wholly owned subsidiary of MetLife. The acquisition was for 15 million SF of high-rise commercial properties in key US. Markets including Los Angeles and Chicago and required the integration of more than 100 individual team members into Cushman & Wakefield.  

Premisys was subsequently acquired from The Prudential Insurance Company of America and comprised a 50 million SF portfolio off real estate assets and 1100 team members.

Bagguley was a key-partner in these strategic acquisition assessments, M&A, and subsequently co-led post-merger integration of teams for both assignments.
