ACQUISITION OF MET STRUCTURES & PREMYSIS

National Portfolio

 

ROLE / ASSIGNMENT

M&A for a National Portfolio of Management and Leasing Individuals and Assignments

 

Met Structures was a wholly owned subsidiary of MetLife. The acquisition was for 15 million SF of high-rise commercial properties in key US. Markets including Los Angeles and Chicago and required the integration of more than 100 individual team members into Cushman & Wakefield.

 

Premisys was subsequently acquired from The Prudential Insurance Company of America and comprised a 50 million SF portfolio off real estate assets and 1100 team members.

 

Bagguley was a key-partner in these strategic acquisition assessments, M&A, and subsequently co-led post-merger integration of teams for both assignments.

ROLE / ASSIGNMENT

Geographic Expansion through M&A

As Regional President for Transwestern from 2003 through 2012, Bagguley expanded the regional team from 24 to more than 300 team members and expanded the geographical market coverage into Milwaukee, Minneapolis and St Louis through organic growth and Merger and Acquisition activities.
